Delivery + Returns
We take great care in preparing every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Local Collection
You're welcome to collect your order from our studio. Once your purchase is ready, we'll let you know, and we'll happily hold it for up to seven days for collection at a time that suits you.
Delivery
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes will be calculated at checkout or confirmed when placing larger furniture orders.
Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Due to the unique nature of our vintage and pre-loved collection, these items are available for in-store purchase or through our interior design projects only, unless otherwise arranged.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the return process and provide any instructions you need. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
